We want to welcome as many families as our vacancies allow. These are given in order of priority to siblings of students at the school, alumni children, school staff children and new families. Our admission criteria is based on receiving families that are aligned with our educational project, and committed to the well-being and development of their sons and daughters.

From Playgroup Menor to Kindergarten:

Playgroup and pre-kindergarten: Our admission process is familiar, just like our school. For this reason, it is not necessary for the child to prepare for the evaluation day, since this is an instance of play and fun.
Kindergarten to 10th grade: The student will be evaluated in 3 areas: Language, Mathematics and English.

If the child is sick, please contact us via mail or phone and we will reschedule. Your child’s health comes first.

It is important to know that our evaluation is friendly and approachable, based on play and fun. For this reason, for pre-kindergarten we have two days: one group day evaluation and one personal day evaluation. The details for each day will be informed to the applicants before the exam.

Yes. We offer a wide range of extracurricular workshops/activities from playgroup to 12th Grade, so that children develop their full potential and creativity. There are activities included in tuition fees and others that are paid apart. In addition, we have sports from first grade on, since we consider sports must be present in their routine from a very young age.

Yes. In both campuses there is an excellent private school transportation service that is directly hired by the parent.

We currently have two uniform suppliers: Hookipa and Scolari. In addition, during the year, our Parent Association organizes sales of Lost and Found items, which is an excellent opportunity to reuse garments in good condition.

The school opens its doors at 7:00 am.
The beginning of the school day is at 7:50 am, at that time, students must be in their classroom.

Starting first grade, students have lunch at school. Currently, Aramark is the supplier that provides lunch to our students and faculty. Lunch tickets can be bought in the cafeteria. If you do not choose the latter, you have the choice of bringing lunch from home.

Since its foundation, our school has been at the forefront of technology and we believe that it can be at the service of education. For this reason, all classrooms are equipped with smart screens, which support activities carried out by teachers. This is why, starting from 1st grade, students are supplied with a Chromebook as a tool that complements the work that is done in class.

Regarding the use of cell phones, students are allowed to bring them to school, nevertheless these cannot be used during the school day, and must remain stored and silent inside their backpacks. Regardless, we are constantly aware and attentive to the dangers that may arise from the constant use and abuse of screens and social networks, among others. For this reason, our Student Support Department (DAI, Departamento de Apoyo Integral) is constantly guiding, and educating parents, guardians, and the community, about this matter.

Textbooks, complementary reading books and some materials must be purchased by parents. Copybooks and materials for daily use (pencils, erasers, etc.) are given to the students by the school.

We do not have Exchange programs available. However, we support families who wish to do so by facilitating the student with their school commitments.

The school year runs from March through December. In May there is a week of vacation (midterm break), as in September (national holidays). The winter holidays run for 3 weeks in July. Regarding the 2024 dates, these will be delivered in a timely manner.

The parents will have the following meetings:
“Open House”: Instance of open doors where the headmaster, director and principal of the cycle address the parents with the objectives and guidelines of the year. After that, the parents go to a meeting, in the respective classroom, to get to know their homeroom teacher and topics specific to their class.
PTMs (Parent Teacher Meeting): Twice a year parents will have personalized meetings with homeroom teachers. It is important to note that the doors of our school are always open for whatever parents require and additional meetings can be scheduled in advance.

In Playgroup, we provide a flexible schedule designed to meet the needs of our youngest students. While the school day officially begins at 7:50 am, Playgroup students may arrive as late as 9:00 am. The school day concludes at 1:00 pm from Monday to Thursday and at 12:45 pm on Fridays.

Additionally, we offer a variety of multidisciplinary extracurricular workshops, giving families the option to extend the day until 2:30 pm if desired.

Drawing on the Finnish International Curriculum, our activities are thoughtfully designed to foster trust and encourage joyful exploration, learning, and growth, with a strong emphasis on holistic development.

One of the advantages of starting in Playgroup is that there is no need to take an admissions exam for Pre-Kinder. By joining our community at these early stages, families secure their children’s educational continuity into Pre-Kinder through the payment of the enrollment fee in Playgroup Mayor.
